We, our dealers and our affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We and our dealers attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
PRICING
With respect to items sold by us, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by us and/or our dealers.
RETURNS
Return and Exchange Period:
Returns will be accepted up to 30 calendar days from shipping date.

Fees / Charges:
Exchanges: No fee assessed for exchanged items that have a difference in price, where a credit balance is due to the customer if the credit amount is held as in-store credit. Any exchanges requesting a credit balance refunded to a credit card will be assessed a 25% restocking charge. Upon receipt and inspection of goods for exchanges, WarehouseDirec.com will ship the new items back to the customer at no cost.
Returns: No fee will be assessed for returned items where the amount of the return is held as in store credit. Any returns requesting refund to a credit card will be assessed a 25% handling charge.
Rules & Policies:
All merchandise purchased from WarehouseDirec.com is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Therefore it can be returned or exchanged only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and attached tags, instructions, etc. Worn items, used items and any items without the tags attached will be refused.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RMA number. RMA requests can be called in on our toll free number. 1.866.889.8644 between the hours of 4pm - 9pm eastern Mon - Fri. Packages sent to us without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the returned or exchanged item back to WarehouseDirec.com. Returns and exchanges sent COD will be refused.
WarehouseDirec.com will not refund shipping charges for any returns or exchanges unless the return or exchange is the result of an error made by WarehouseDirec.com.
Not responsible for personal items left in returned or exchanged merchandise.
Returns or exchanges must be received by WarehouseDirec.com within 10 business days from the date the RMA# is issued.
Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging - it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way back to WarehouseDirec.com.
We are not responsible for goods we received that are damaged. These damaged goods become the property of the buyer if not shipped properly, and you may be charged to send them back.

Any returned or exchanged items that do not follow the rules and policies listed above will be returned to sender and no credits will be issued.
